She specifically deals with public procurement and monitoring of the implementation of procurement contracts.

Member of the Paris Bar since 1998, Patrick Marès first practiced as lawyer with Claude Goldman's law firm and then with White& Case LLP. Since 2007, he is a managing partner of Fleury Marès Delvolvé Rouche. His practice is mainly focused on matters relating to industrial risk and construction, and he generally serves as counsel in pre-litigation or litigation cases, before State or arbitral courts. She joined Fleury Marès Delvolvé Rouche at its beginnings, in 2007. As a legal counsel to French and foreign companies, she intervenes at every stage of their development, whether it concerns its creation, legal monitoring, acquisitions, restructuring, mergers, partner relationships or contract issues. Admitted to the Bar in 2004 after having graduated from both Law School and ESSEC, Jean-François Pedinielli joined Fleury Marès Delvolvé Rouche at its beginnings, in 2007. He then launched the Marseille offices in 2009. With Thomas Heintz, he is in charge of expanding the law firm's business activity in criminal law (criminal business law, criminal labor law, criminal environmental law), while also intervening in civil and commercial proceedings.
