Jean Martinez
Graduated from Science Po Paris and the Sorbonne University, Jean Martinez was admitted to the bar in 2006 and is a certified specialist in employment law. Jean advises and represents in court companies of various sizes, from SME’s to listed corporations. While active in all aspects of labor and employment law, he has a specific expertise in downsizings and in the negotiation of separation agreements. Jean works in French, English and Spanish and has experience in serving international corporations. He lectures in his field and is the author of numerous articles exploring sensitive aspects of labor such as redundancies, harassment or religion in the workplace. Jean is one of the managing partners of ONE.

Noëllie joined the firm in January 2014 after having completed my training in business law by doing a six-month internship in the legal department of AIRBUS Helicopters. Noëllie became a partner of the firm in 2018. Noëllie mainly works in commercial litigation and contract law. She is bilingual (French/English).

Danièle Prieur worked in several renowned legal firms in Paris, Lyon and Marseille before founding the Prieur & Stuckey Firm in Marseille. Today she provides her wealth of experience to companies, their development and necessary adaptation to economic and financial changes. Foreign trade advisor for France, she led a team that wrote the work on International Contracts. She coordinates the firm’s various business operating sectors.

Robin Stuckey
Of French and British origin, he began in the naval military industry where in particular he held the position of legal manager in the Toulon establishment of the Company DCNS, European expert in Complex Naval Systems (NAVAL GROUP SA). He decided to change course in 2003 to work as a lawyer for companies as part of the Marseille Bar and fonded Prieur Stuckey & Associés Law firm before it became ONE Société d’Avocats in 2019. Since then, he has dedicated his work and skills to assisting companies as regards strategic choices when setting up, during growth, restructuring operations, negotiations and when drafting agreements that are essential for their businesses, especially in the field of new technologies and innovation law. Robin is one of the managing partners of ONE.
